Our Story
KidsVibe Party was born in 2020 from a simple observation: children's parties had become formulaic and predictable. Founders Jessica Martinez and Ryan O'Brien, both experienced performers with backgrounds in theater and education, envisioned something different – events that would spark genuine wonder and create lasting memories.
What started as a small team of three passionate entertainers operating from a modest studio in Winnipeg has grown into a full-service event organization employing over 50 talented professionals. Our journey has been marked by countless smiles, thousands of balloons, and the privilege of being part of families' most treasured celebrations.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
With a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and 15 years in children's theater, Jessica leads our creative vision. Her innovative approach to theme development and storytelling has earned KidsVibe Party numerous industry awards. She personally oversees every major event to ensure our standards are maintained.
Ryan O'Brien
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Ryan brings extensive experience in event management and business operations. His background in hospitality management ensures smooth logistics and exceptional client service. Ryan's attention to detail and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in our company's growth and reputation for reliability.
Aisha Patel
Head of Entertainment
Aisha is a trained performer with expertise in magic, music, and interactive storytelling. She leads our team of animators and develops training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality performances. Her charismatic energy and natural connection with children make her a favorite at events.

Safety & Compliance Manager
